We're back & it feels so good! I love being able to move my body more freely again! Yoga now is a lot of rehab and work to regain core and pelvic floor strength! The movements focus a lot on breath work using the core and holding stabile positions to regain strength! I have had a burst of energy this week! I felt it was time to do a nice pilates workout with more movement, more cardio and more strengthening involved!
